李继全：日本京都大学副教授;核工业西南物理研究院研究员，博导。1966.3生于湖北麻城。87年本科毕业于湖北师范学院物理系。95年于西南物理研究院获等离子体物理博士学位。1998. 9至2004. 9在日本原子能研究研究机构(JAEA，Naka)从事磁约束聚变理论和数值模拟研究。2005.9-12月在美国加州大学(Irvine)访问和合作研究。2006.5至今任日本京都大学能源科学研究生院副教授从事教学和科学研究。2005—2007任大连理工大学客座教授。2007—2009任浙江大学教授。2008.4—2010.3期间任日本国立核聚变科学研究所（NIFS）客座副教授研究员。

研究成果：主要从事磁约束聚变等离子体物理理论和大型并行化数值模拟研究。研究领域包括等离子体MHD和微观不稳定性；等离子体湍流和反常输运理论；非线性等离子体物理；波加热理论；等离子体芯部和边缘湍流和输运的大型计算机模拟。主持和完成多项中国国家自然科学基金和核科学基金项目,日本文科省基础科学研究基金(Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research)。发表经审稿的刊物论文70多篇,近期代表作品有：
