摘   要：In designing an operation scenario that can meet the Q_plasma and P_fus goals for Burning plasma Experimental Superconducting Tokamak (BEST), it is necessary to achieve high confinement factor and concurrently operate with sufficently high beta. This talk will present the physics basis for accessing high H_98 and high beta_N based on scaling from exisiting experiments with similar characters.
